Acceptable Items for Collection

  • Appliances (Appliances containing FREON must be scheduled by contacting Waste Management directly.)
  • Furniture
  • Mattresses
  • Box Springs
  • Carpeting (under 6 ft. in length tied)
  • Hot water heaters
  • Bicycles
  • Lawn movers (fuel tanks removed)
  • Gas grills (fuel tanks removed)
  • Television sets
  • Similar Items provided 2 people can lift into the back of the truck


Non-Acceptable Items for Collection

  • Paints
  • Herbicides / Insecticides
  • Solvents / Chemicals
  • Liquids
  • Batteries
  • No loose piles
  • No tree stumps / dirt
  • No riding lawn mowers
